🔄 Return & Refund Policy — Automatically.cc & Yantronix.in

At Automatically.cc, we take pride in our transparent and fair business practices.
Our e-commerce division, Yantronix.in, serves as the official portal for electronics, IoT components, sensors, modules, tools, and engineering kits sold by Automatically.
We ensure every order is delivered with quality and reliability. However, if you face any issues with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.


🧾 1. Overview

This policy applies to both:

  • Yantronix.in — physical products and components.

  • Automatically.cc — custom product engineering, R&D, prototyping, PCB design, and 3D printing services.

Our goal is to provide a customer-friendly process while maintaining fairness for customized and technical goods.


📦 2. Return Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective during shipment or manufacturing.

  • Product received is different from what was ordered.

  • Product is non-functional upon arrival (verified by inspection).

  • The return request is raised within 2 business days of product delivery.

⚠️ Returns requested after 2 business days will not be accepted.


🚚 3. Failed Deliveries & Reverse Shipment Costs

If a customer fails to receive an order (e.g., unavailable, wrong address, non-response) and the parcel returns to us:

  • The customer must bear both shipping costs — the initial delivery charge and the return courier charge.

  • If the customer requests re-delivery, they must pay shipping again before re-dispatch.

  • If the customer chooses not to receive the parcel again, a refund will be processed after deducting all incurred shipment and handling fees.


🧰 4. Inspection-Based Returns

If the returned product is found fully functional and without defects, then:

  • The customer will bear round-trip shipping costs and an inspection & inconvenience fee.

  • Re-delivery of the same item will be done only after payment of these costs by the customer.


📹 5. Proof & Verification

For any damaged, defective, or wrong-item claim:

  • You must submit one continuous, unedited video clearly showing:

    • The package being opened from its sealed state.

    • The product unboxing and issue demonstration.

  • Without such proof, the claim will not be eligible for return or refund.

This helps us ensure transparency and prevent misuse.


🛠️ 6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items/services are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made products, PCBs, 3D-printed parts, and prototypes.

  • Seal-packed components (once opened or tampered).

  • Software, licenses, or digital downloads.

  • Used, damaged, or modified products after delivery.

  • Items without warranty or labeled “Generic” or “No Guarantee”.

  • Educational kits once opened or used.

Each product page will clearly mention whether it is Returnable or Non-Returnable.
Only those marked “Returnable” are eligible for replacement/refund.


💰 7. Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping, packaging, and handling costs are non-refundable.

  • If a replacement is not available, a store credit may be issued.


🧾 8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet dispatched.

  • For engineering services or custom projects, cancellations depend on project progress:

    • 0–20 % work completed → 80 % refund.

    • 20–50 % → 50 % refund.

    • After fabrication or 3D printing → No refund.


🎟️ 9. Coupon Usage

  • Discount coupons used in an order cannot be reused or restored once applied.

  • In case of a refund, the coupon value will not be reinstated.


🚫 10. Change-of-Mind Returns

If a customer does not like the product, or finds it not useful for their purpose, such returns will not be accepted.
We encourage buyers to read the specifications carefully before placing orders.


⚙️ 11. Damage & Warranty Disclaimer

  • Many components sold via Yantronix are generic or research-grade.

  • We do not provide warranties unless explicitly mentioned.

  • If an item is marked as “No Warranty”, it is sold as-is and not eligible for return.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to improper handling, incorrect power supply, or misuse.
