At Automatically.cc, we believe in fast, secure, and transparent delivery.
Our e-commerce division, Yantronix.in, handles the shipping and fulfillment of all products, including electronics, IoT modules, sensors, mechanical tools, and research components.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders within India and abroad.
🧾 1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For customized or made-to-order items (e.g., PCBs, 3D prints, prototypes, or R&D hardware), additional time may be required depending on project complexity.
📦 2. Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable courier services such as:
BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and Shiprocket etc.
For remote or rural areas, deliveries are completed via India Post or partner logistics networks.
International shipping is handled through DHL / FedEx / Aramex with tracking support.

💰 4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.
Free shipping may be offered for promotional or bulk orders.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are payable by the customer.
🚫 5. Undelivered / Returned Parcels
If a shipment is not received by the customer due to:
Incorrect address,
Customer unavailability, or
Refusal to accept delivery —
then the parcel will be returned to us, and the customer must:
Bear both forward and return shipping costs, and
Pay for re-shipping if they wish to receive the parcel again.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it’s returned, a refund will be processed after deducting all shipping and handling fees.
📦 6. Packaging & Handling
Every item is packed securely using anti-static, bubble-wrap, and corrugated packaging to avoid transit damage.
For sensitive or high-value components, tamper-proof packaging is used.
Each parcel undergoes a final quality inspection before dispatch.
⚙️ 7. Delays & Force Majeure
Automatically.cc and Yantronix.in are not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier partner issues, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
We will, however, keep you updated via registered email or phone in such cases.
🌍 8. International Shipping
Available on selected products only.
All international shipments include tracking numbers and insured delivery.
Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for customs clearance delays in the buyer’s country.
🧰 9. Shipping for Lab / Institutional Orders
For lab setup, educational, or industrial shipments:
Delivery timelines will be discussed individually with your project manager.
Bulk shipments or multi-package deliveries will include tracking and dispatch reports.
🧾 10. Damage During Transit
If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel:
Do not accept the parcel or take a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
Report the issue to within 2 business days of delivery.
After verification, we’ll process a replacement or refund as per our.
📬 11. Address Changes
Once an order is placed, the shipping address can be changed only before dispatch.
