ATTINY85 USB Development Board - Digispark Compatible
The ATTINY85 USB Development Board is an extremely compact and affordable solution for creating small, embeddable projects. It leverages the power and simplicity of the ATtiny85 AVR microcontroller and is fully compatible with the popular Arduino IDE (version 1.0+), allowing users to easily upload sketches using the V-USB software implementation.
Despite its minuscule size (26x18mm), this board is highly versatile. It features flexible power options, including powering directly via USB or through an external source (7-16V DC), thanks to the onboard 150 mA, 5V regulator. The board provides access to 6 I/O pins; however, two of these pins are shared with the USB communication interface. If your final program does not require active USB serial communication, all 6 pins are available for general-purpose use. With 8 KB of Flash Memory (approximately 6 KB available after the bootloader), and native support for both I2C and SPI through the USI module, the board is perfectly suited for small sensor reading, basic control tasks, and minimalist electronics projects.
